The sender is required to complete our "Service Order Form" or, at minimum, provide the following basic information including name, identifications (in some cases), address, amount to transfer, phone number, recipient's name, city and closest payment center. We only accept payment in forms of cash, ACH, or money order. The fund is available for the beneficiary at specified location/country in a matter of minutes. Our network claim centers include premier banks and foreign exchange houses.

Our agents overseas make payment to the specified beneficiary only after proper identification check and Transaction Control Number (TCN CODE) match. The TCN code is assigned to each recipient via the sender of the money at the point where the transaction is initiated.
